Your responsibilities:
Design and write technical documentation for our products in English
Maintain and improve existing documentation
Work closely with the development team to get a clear understanding of how the product works
Interact independently with all stakeholders, project managers and support engineers to provide the required support for project updates
Bonus:
Mastery of plain text documentation workflows including Markdown
Knowledge of single-source authoring
Experience in Git (Gitlab)
Familiarity with the Linux command line
Minimal requirements:
A bachelor's degree in technical communication, linguistics, writing, or related field
4-5 years of experience in technical writing for software products
Good command of English, both written and verbal
Good writing style and strong editing and formatting skills
Experience in using authoring tools, issue-tracking, and version control systems
Ability to analyze information and structure a document
Attention to detail
Ability to quickly understand new technologies
Strong communication skills
