AXESS ACS is an OSS platform for automated device management for end customer CPEs and business routers. This with the goal to raise the end customer experience while reducing time-to-market for new services and features.
AXESS ACS enables highly flexible and scalable interactions with a large number of devices for the purposes of (re-)configuration, mass firmware management, fault clearance and general real-time subscriber support. This with the aim to lower operational costs, to increase customer satisfaction, and to reduce the service activation time.
