July 19, 2019 - MUNICH, GERMANY - Orion Telekom, a young, innovative and dynamic Serbian telecommunication operator, has selected the Axiros’ Open Device Management solution AXESS ACS. AXESS ACS is an OSS platform for automated device management for end customer CPEs and business routers. This with the goal to raise the end customer experience while reducing time-to-market for new services and features.
AXESS ACS enables highly flexible and scalable interactions with a large number of devices for the purposes of (re-)configuration, mass firmware management, fault clearance and general real-time subscriber support. This with the aim to lower operational costs, to increase customer satisfaction, and to reduce the service activation time.
